Muyiwa Ademola Reveals Sh*cking Reason He Skipped Cousin Allwell’s Funeral
Nollywood actor Muyiwa Ademola has explained his absence from the burial of his cousin, Allwell Ademola, which took place in Lagos.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
According to the actor, he was outside the country at the time of the funeral and was therefore unable to be physically present to bid her farewell.
Ademola shared this revelation in an emotional post on his Instagram page, alongside a photograph of Allwell’s burial site.
In the post, he reflected on the pain of her passing and the fragility of life, describing her death as a stark reminder that life is not guaranteed and that each passing day brings people closer to their final moments. He offered prayers for long life and paid tribute to her with heartfelt words in Yoruba.
Allwell Ademola, aged 49, reportedly passed away after suffering a heart attack at her residence in Lagos on December 27, 2025.
Her funeral activities commenced on January 8, 2026, with a Service of Songs and candlelight procession held at Lagos State Television (LTV 8) in Ikeja, where colleagues, friends, and admirers gathered to celebrate her life.
She was laid to rest the following day at Atan Cemetery, Yaba, Lagos.
