The latest exchange is part of a broader online clash between Davido and DJ Tunez, who serves as the official DJ to Wizkid.

The controversy began after DJ Tunez posted a photo of Wizkid in a gym outfit with the caption “Original, no be fake,” which many users interpreted as a subtle dig at Davido, who had recently been seen in a similar look.

Davido appeared to take offence and responded with a series of posts criticising the DJ, including remarks referencing a reported altercation involving DJ Tunez and Burna Boy, during which the DJ was allegedly knocked down.

As the situation escalated, T-Dot stepped in to defend DJ Tunez, arguing that the DJ had not been defeated in the incident. He claimed that DJ Tunez had been outnumbered but still showed courage during the confrontation.

T-Dot, however, also criticised Davido, describing him as overly reliant on his father’s influence and resources.

In response, Davido dismissed the recurring narrative about his family background as outdated. He hit back at T-Dot, suggesting that his remarks were driven by personal frustration and urging him to direct his grievances elsewhere.
