Ikharo emphasized the pivotal role that training institutes can play in igniting creativity, inventiveness, and ingenuity among the youth.

He stressed, “NITAD and other training institutions in the country must recognize and embrace the weighty duty of awakening the flames of creativity and innovation within our nation. This is the path forward.

” He further advocated that these institutes should devise activities and programs that empower Nigerians to compete in today’s landscape, where innovation and creativity have emerged as pivotal creators of wealth.

The President of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Ayoade Igbeyi, led a delegation from the institute on a courtesy visit to the NASC Secretary.

During this visit, they briefed him about their upcoming national conference scheduled for this month in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Additionally, Igbeyi conveyed formal congratulations to Ikharo for his recent receipt of the institute’s fellowship.
