Netizens React As Governor Okpebholo Unveils Six Commissioner Nominees For Edo Assembly Screening Governor Monday Okpebholo has submitted a list of six commissioner nominees to the Edo State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.Bushradiogist reports In a letter dated January 7, 2025, and addressed to the Speaker, Blessing Agbebaku, the governor outlined his nominees. The nominees include:
Paul Nosayaba Ohonbamu, a former two-time lawmaker in the State Assembly and ex-Commissioner for Information and Orientation under former Governor Godwin Obaseki.
Dr. Washington Osa Osifo, a former Commissioner for Education during Adams Oshiomhole’s tenure and one of the 14 APC lawmakers not inaugurated under the immediate past governor.
