The announcement took place on Thursday during a policy meeting in Abuja chaired by the Minister of Education, Tahir Mamman, and attended by key stakeholders. It was agreed that candidates aiming for University admission must score a minimum of 140, while those applying to Polytechnics and Colleges of Education must score at least 100.
