The father of eight said he is now focused on his personal life and career.

In a recent interview with media personality Seun Okinbaloye, the veteran singer shared that he is concentrating on his work and personal path following their separation. He stated, “I have moved on from my ex-wife Annie Idibia, I dey do my thing dey go.”

2Face and Annie’s relationship, which began in the early 2000s, made them one of Nigeria’s most talked-about celebrity couples. They welcomed their first daughter, Isabella, in 2008 and got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2012. Their wedding took place later that year, with a white wedding ceremony held in Dubai in 2013, followed by the birth of their second daughter, Olivia, in 2014.

In January 2025, 2Face announced on social media that he and Annie had been separated for some time and had filed for divorce, surprising fans nationwide. Following the announcement, Annie reportedly took a break from social media, deleting posts as she navigated public reactions to the split.

Months after the divorce news, videos and photos of 2Face’s traditional wedding to Hon. Natasha Osawaru, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, surfaced online, showing the couple in colorful attire during the ceremony.
