Nigerians Question Death Of Security Guard; Lagos Police Reveal Bite Marks On Victim’s Body

The spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, has confirmed that there were bite marks on the body of the security guard allegedly mauled to death by dogs in a Lagos estate.

This revelation comes after some Nigerians questioned the initial reports, which claimed that the roaming dogs were responsible for the guard’s death on Monday, November 4. Skeptics noted that the video footage from the estate did not show visible blood stains or torn clothing on the victim, leading some to suggest that the guard might have been killed by a hit-and-run driver, with the dogs only arriving afterward.

Hundeyin, however, took to his X handle this morning to clarify that the victim’s body was covered in blood-stained bite marks from head to toe, further substantiating the cause of death as being linked to the dog attack.
