He gave this reassurance on Wednesday during a church service held in his honour to celebrate his 78th birthday.

Speaking on the leadership disagreements within the party, Mark, who is at the centre of the dispute, urged members and the public not to view the situation as a danger to the party’s stability.

He described the current tensions as a normal phase in the growth of any political organisation, emphasising that the ADC remains committed to its long-term goals.

Mark also stressed that the party’s stability is closely tied to the overall health of Nigeria’s democracy, reaffirming the ADC’s commitment to supporting democratic governance and national development.
