A “wolf cry” is a figurative expression that refers to a false or deceptive alarm, warning, or outcry, often meant to create panic or provoke a reaction from others. It is named after the idea of a wolf howling to signal danger when there may not be any actual threat present. In essence, a “wolf cry” is a misleading or insincere signal intended to manipulate or deceive others into believing there is a problem or danger when there isn’t one…CONTINUE READING.

This term is commonly used to describe actions or statements that are intended to create unnecessary fear, confusion, or chaos.

Having elucidated the duplicity inherent in a wolf’s cry, I can now proceed to share my viewpoint on why Nigerians ought to begin regarding the calls from the Obidient Movement and Atiku supporters as disingenuous pleas.

Over the recent days, these individuals have created an impression as if the world was on the brink of catastrophe, suggesting that President Tinubu possessed a counterfeit certificate and was facing public trial. They conveyed the notion that he was flaunting a forged certificate and required immediate resignation.

Due to their dominance in the realm of social media, which, whether we like it or not, significantly influences people’s perspectives, they propagated various conspiracy theories. These included unfounded claims about Bola Tinubu’s gender and other unfounded allegations.

Well, Chicago State University has made an appearance to certify the Certificate, and these individuals are still crying and barking as if their KIDNEYS have been put in Aso Rock and they desperately want it back.

Why do I label this as a wolf cry that Nigerians should henceforth disregard? Firstly, if you can remember, prior to the Presidential elections, they portrayed Tinubu as someone who couldn’t stand without assistance. I recall a photograph where Tinubu was guided in an open-air vehicle during the campaigns by his current CSO.

Even when I get into a vehicle, I take precautionary measures. Imagine how much more cautious one should be with a potential presidential candidate standing in a moving vehicle. If he were to stumble and injure himself, it’s highly likely that, being a man above 70 years, they would initiate another narrative that Tinubu is unfit.

They manipulated his speeches to portray him in a comical light. They spread false rumors that he urinates and defecates on himself. They alleged that he was afflicted with Parkinson’s disease, asserting that it had severely affected his cognitive abilities to the point where he couldn’t think anymore. They even went so far as to claim that he was incapable of holding a pen and signing documents.

All the falsehoods and deceit they disseminated have been unequivocally debunked since Tinubu assumed office. His spontaneous speeches have been remarkable, devoid of any reliance on written material.

His agility in movement and the astuteness of his decisions undeniably establish him as a master strategist and thinker, contrary to the baseless claims of being a brain-dead individual as propagated by the Obidient Movement and their Atiku supporters.

They’ve launched a new chapter accusing Tinubu of being a SHE-MALE. It’s truly regrettable that these individuals have invested their collective intellectual energy, which they could have channeled toward personal development and contributing meaningfully to both themselves and society.

Nigerians should be cautious of these individuals who are akin to wolves in sheep’s clothing. They may outwardly project an image of harmlessness, gentleness, or benignity, but beneath the surface, they conceal malevolent intentions or qualities. This implies that such individuals are feigning innocence or trustworthiness while concealing their true, often deceitful, nature.

Matthew (Matthew 7:15): “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.” This biblical reference serves as a cautionary message against deceptive individuals who outwardly appear righteous or virtuous but, in truth, harbor malicious or harmful intentions. It underscores the importance of discerning true character beyond superficial appearances.
