He revealed that Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, is his friend. Odumodublvck clarified that when Seyi invited him to his house for dinner, it wasn’t to gain support for his father’s presidency, but because of his genuine admiration for the rapper’s music.

In a recent episode of the Afrobeats Podcast with Adesope, Odumodublvck shared, “Rema is my friend, and so is Seyi Tinubu. Despite the political noise surrounding his father, Seyi is my friend. When he invited me for dinner, it wasn’t to have me support his father. He did it out of love for my music. I’m from the streets, and Seyi has nothing to gain from me. He’s my friend, forget what society says.”

He also spoke about his bond with other stars like Rema and his admiration for artists like Burna Boy, whom he described as a “spirit animal.” He added a personal story about Burna Boy, saying, “Before I met Burna Boy, I saw him in my dream, and we were eating pounded yam. He told me that the day we met was the first time he had eaten pounded yam in two years. This is no joke. People think I just talk about Jesus because I’m a fanatic, but I’m a big fan of Jesus. Everything I say, I bind here on earth and in heaven, as long as it aligns with the will of God.”
