The confrontation occurred on the road, where Phyna challenged the legitimacy of the stop, arguing that officers are not permitted to arbitrarily block vehicles without following due procedure.

She expressed disbelief at the manner in which the stop was carried out, stating that she had never encountered a situation where police officers halted cars without properly positioning their patrol vehicle first.

During the exchange, Phyna identified herself as a public figure and questioned the officer’s conduct, repeatedly asking why her car was singled out. She insisted that the action was improper and unacceptable, and demanded that senior police authorities be contacted to clarify whether such a stop was lawful.

The reality star also disclosed her intention to report the incident to top police command officials and other senior contacts. While visibly upset, she cautioned her driver against any physical confrontation with the officers as she continued to voice her frustration over what she described as unprofessional behavior.

“Oga, I am a celebrity, how dare you stop me and say what you said?” she said.

“In the middle of the road, Nigeria police will now stop and just pick a random car and stop it like that. I have never heard of it in my life.

“You are supposed to park properly before stopping cars. You are not allowed to stop like this.”
