Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa, has asserted that Nigeria is now better, safer, and more prosperous under President Tinubu’s leadership — despite what some citizens may believe.

Speaking during an interview on Channels Television on Tuesday night, Alausa said many Nigerians fail to recognize the visible progress made by the current administration.

“People are simply blind to the facts. We need to move beyond political rhetoric,” he said. “There are clear signs of improvement. The country is safer, doing better economically, and experiencing growing prosperity.”

He further pointed to improved macro-economic indicators as evidence, adding: “These aren’t just claims made by the President or myself. Look at the data from the National Bureau of Statistics — there’s growth in our GDP, a notable boost in agriculture, and strides in infrastructural development.”
