The cleric had earlier promised financial rewards to any man willing to marry the young woman, a move that has sparked widespread reactions.
Reacting to the development, Olatunji strongly opposed the idea, arguing that the young woman may not have the capacity to make an informed decision about marriage.
In a post shared on Instagram, the actor urged the pastor to consider setting up a proper care facility for individuals with special needs rather than pushing for marriage arrangements.
He stressed that marriage requires full and informed consent from both parties, questioning whether the young woman would willingly choose such a path under normal circumstances without external pressure.
Olatunji further emphasised the importance of providing adequate care and protection for people living with autism in Nigeria, noting that they deserve dignity and well-structured support systems.
He warned against taking advantage of vulnerable individuals, adding that there are more ethical and compassionate ways to support people with special needs without exposing them to potentially harmful situations.
