PDP Youths Ready To Lead Nigeria To A Brighter Future In 2027 Amid APC’s Failures

During a press conference on Wednesday following a condolence visit to Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, the forum, which comprises leaders from all 36 states and the FCT, emphasized their belief in the PDP’s ability to reclaim power in the next election.

The Chairman of the forum and Gombe State PDP Youth Leader, Jamilu Karshingi, voiced optimism that the party will secure victory in 2027.

“APC has failed and pushed Nigerians into abject misery, insecurity, and other challenges,” Karshingi said.

He added that the youth leaders’ confidence is bolstered by the perceived shortcomings of the ruling APC, alongside the PDP’s strategic roadmap and the leadership of Governor Mohammed and other PDP governors.

“With the party’s strong blueprint and the leadership of Gov. Mohammed and other PDP governors, the youth leaders believe that the PDP is well-positioned to take over power and drive meaningful change,” Karshingi stated.

The forum also praised Governor Mohammed’s leadership, particularly his development initiatives in Bauchi State, which they believe reflect the kind of governance needed across Nigeria.

“We wholeheartedly support Gov. Mohammed and other PDP governors, trusting in their ability to lead the country towards progress,” said Karshingi.

Cross River PDP Youth Leader, Brown Boniface, echoed similar sentiments, asserting that a PDP-led government in 2027 would bring significant positive transformation.

“The narrative will shift positively when the PDP takes over in 2027,” Boniface said.

Meanwhile, Bauchi’s PDP Youth Leader, Babangida Maliya, commended Governor Mohammed for empowering young people by appointing them to key roles within his administration.

“We deeply respect and appreciate Gov. Mohammed for providing young people with important positions in his government, and they are effectively representing the youth,” Maliya said.
