The controversial presidential election which brought the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been challenged in court by the first runner-up, Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party and second runners-up, Peter Gregory Obi of the Labour Party.

Obi has hired twenty SANs to help recover his “stolen mandate”, Atiku with l8 SANs to recover his “stolen mandate”, Tinubu with 12 SANs to defend the mandate and INEC with 8 SANs to defend the mandate of the President-elect, Tinubu. CONTINUE READING

“The unity the Peoples Democratic Party and Labour Party want to have at the election tribunal is necessary but belated. We should have had it BEFORE the election. We should have had one candidate. If we had united, we won’t be in court today!.”
