The statement highlighted various curious happenings around the judiciary, including threats of anarchy and chaos in the event of a ruling party candidate’s legal removal by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) and allegations of a telephone conversation involving the Chief Justice of Nigeria, which the Supreme Court has denied.
Obi-Datti Media office called on all patriots desiring a new Nigeria to avoid actions that could hinder the delivery of justice and warned against smear campaigns or attempts to discredit Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed.
They also implored security agencies to ensure the safety and security of the principals in their public and private endeavors.
