However, Obaseki asserted on Thursday that Shaibu’s governorship aspirations would be decided by members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In a statement released on Friday, Obaseki extended congratulations to Shaibu on his 54th birthday, expressing fraternal sentiments.
He thanked Shaibu for his unwavering support over the past seven years in advancing the development of the state.
