Your fearlessness and bold decision-making earned you the nickname “The Moving Train” – a testament to your unrelenting drive and steadfast commitment. Your impact on the Nigerian Football League, where you presided as its pioneer chairman and as Vice President of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), will never be forgotten.
As a First Class Chief of the great Benin Kingdom, you exemplified the values of leadership, wisdom, and tradition. You were a custodian of our tradition and a repository of our culture.
Your passing five years ago, at the age of 75, left a void in our lives, but your worthy and successful children continue to carry on your legacy, making us proud.
