In response to the devastating and barbaric attacks that occurred in Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi Local Government Areas of Plateau on Christmas Day, President Bola Tinubu has expressed strong condemnation. The attacks resulted in the tragic loss of over 100 lives in the state. In a statement released on Tuesday by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), President Tinubu directed security agencies to promptly apprehend the perpetrators responsible for these heinous acts….CONTINUE READING
Furthermore, the President has called for an immediate mobilization of relief resources to assist the surviving victims of these primitive and cruel attacks. Additionally, he has emphasized the importance of providing prompt medical treatment for those who were wounded in the attacks.
In extending condolences to the Plateau State Government, President Tinubu assured Nigerians that those responsible for spreading death, pain, and sorrow will not escape justice. The government is determined to ensure that the culprits are held accountable for their actions.
