The presidency has also recently shed light on President Tinubu’s healthcare agenda. Salma Anas-Ibrahim, President Tinubu’s Senior Special Adviser on Health, emphasized that the “Renewed Hope” health agenda is dedicated to extending coverage to more than 50 million Nigerians. Anas-Ibrahim underscored that this inclusive approach aims to encompass vulnerable groups, including the elderly, within the next four years.

Addressing the National Healthy Ageing Summit in Abuja on Monday, Anas-Ibrahim expressed confidence in the feasibility of this goal.

She further highlighted the potential for younger generations to harness the collective contributions of all segments of society, ultimately fostering national development and socio-economic growth in Nigeria.
