Justice Amina Aliyu directed the prosecution to publish the eight counts, which include allegations of bribery and financial misconduct totaling $413,000 and N1.38 billion, in two national newspapers. The decision came following an application by Zahradeen Kofar Mata, representing the state government in lieu of lead prosecutor Ya’u Adamu.

Ganduje, along with his wife Hafsat, son Abdullahi, and others such as Jibrilla Muhammad and several companies, are defendants in the case filed by the Kano State Government since April.
