Public Servant Acting Like A Dictator’ – Mr Macaroni Slams Lagos Commissioner For Assaulting Man

In a video shared by Sahar Reporters on X, the Commissioner is seen assaulting a man who attempted to record her.

Reacting on his social media handle, Mr Macaroni described the Commissioner as a public servant behaving like a dictator.

The actor condemned the incident, expressing frustration that public servants in Nigeria can assault citizens with little accountability, as politicians are often seen as above the law.

He wrote, “Dear Mrs. Toke Benson, who do you think you are that you can’t be recorded? Commissioner? And so what?

“You even have the audacity to ask, ‘who is paying your salary?’ Is it your money? A public servant acting like a dictator. Threatening to break a citizen’s phone and following through? Outrageous!!!

“And I heard another lady asking, ‘do you know who you are talking to?’ Who are you? Who is she? Who are all of you?

“It seems that once you hold a political office in Nigeria, you become a lord and master, and all citizens must bow down to you like slaves??

“The audacity! A public servant assaulting a citizen is akin to assaulting your boss at work! Do politicians have any leadership training? Why do they see themselves as gods to be worshipped? This is madness!!!

“The only reason a public servant can assault a Nigerian and get away with it is because politicians in Nigeria are above the law. This isn’t the first time incidents like this have occurred.

“However, if a citizen were to assault a politician, they would be in jail, kidnapped by security agents, or even shot.”
