Currently, the Nigerian leader, also serving as the Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), has outlined that his administration is actively implementing programs and policies aimed at empowering Nigerians to confront the challenges posed by poverty, criminality, and terrorism.
President Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, conveyed this message on Saturday during the passing-out parade of Cadets from the 70th Regular Course, Direct Short Service Course 27 (Army), and Direct Short Service Course 31 (Air Force) at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna.
In his address titled “The Champions of Nigeria’s Journey Towards Prosperity and Security,” which was read by VP Shettima, the President emphasized the critical need for cooperation and the establishment of bilateral and multilateral partnerships to create opportunities for the country’s citizens.
