The development was confirmed on Friday in a statement by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu.

According to the NYSC, the delays encountered by some applicants were due to network-related constraints affecting the registration platform.

“The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has noted the difficulties being faced by some Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) in the ongoing registration for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ mobilisation,” Embu said.
“The longer-than-usual time it is taking some PCMs to complete the registration is as a result of network issues.”

The scheme expressed regret over the inconvenience and assured applicants that efforts are ongoing to restore normalcy.

“While management regrets the inconvenience this might have caused our valued PCMs, we wish to assure all that we are working round the clock to resolve the issues and ensure a seamless registration experience,” the statement added.

The NYSC further appealed for patience and understanding from applicants as its technical teams continue efforts to stabilise the system.
