Further findings by the publication indicated that Sanusi participated in the 2025 Access Bank Polo Tournament in Surrey, England, over the weekend, where he was spotted alongside international dignitaries, including England’s football manager, Thomas Tuchel.

Meanwhile, the 15th Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, was present at Buhari’s state burial in Daura. His attendance was confirmed by his spokesperson, Abubakar Naisa, who noted that he was accompanied by fellow traditional rulers from Jigawa State.
