Samaritan Faces Legal Battle After Rescuing Fainted Cleaner: Arrested And Charged

A compassionate individual recently raised concerns after being apprehended and brought to court for assisting an unconscious cleaner by taking her to the hospital.

The person, identified as X, disclosed that she was unfamiliar with the fainting cleaner but believed it was her responsibility as a healthcare worker to ensure the woman received medical attention.

Upon arriving at the hospital, the Good Samaritan was instructed to provide the cleaner’s information for documentation purposes. However, as she genuinely did not know the individual, she couldn’t furnish the details. Shockingly, the medical director of the hospital accused her of assaulting the cleaner and subsequently involved the police, leading to her arrest.

The Twitter user went on to share that she and some of her family members are now facing assault charges, despite the fact that the cleaner has since regained consciousness and contradicted the allegation.
