Beyond security, Yusuf presented his administration’s development priorities, emphasizing large-scale infrastructure projects aimed at driving economic growth.

“Governor Yusuf also discussed Kano’s development agenda, with special focus on mega infrastructure projects. He used the opportunity to thank the President for federal intervention on Wujuwuju Road, describing it as a crucial step toward boosting economic growth and creating jobs,” the statement read.

The governor further appealed for federal support to accelerate ongoing projects in Kano, noting that timely completion would enhance the state’s investment potential and create employment opportunities.
