Seven Individuals Returning From APC Rally Found Died In Motor Accident Along Kano-Zaria
Seven persons returning from the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate’s campaign rally in Kano on Wednesday, January 6, have been confirmed dead following an accident that occurred along Kano-Zaria road.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
The deceased who are from Kwanar Dangora town in Kiru LGA, died after their Golf car collided with an oil tanker.
A resident of the town, Tukur Lawan told Daily Trust that five victims died on the spot while two others were declared dead at the Murtala Muhammed Hospital.
Lawan said;
“We all attended the rally, and on our way back, the tragic incident occurred. We woke up today full of sorrow.
“After they collided, the tanker detached from the vehicle and crushed the Golf car against the barricade on the road.”
The deceased have been identified as Bala Kariya, Barau Kariya, Hamza Huntu, Danladi Gidan Algaita, Musbahu Gidan Diraman, Yakubu Gidan Diraman and Lawan Gidan Diraman.
