In a conversation with media personality Chude Jideonwu on the WithChude podcast, the 39-year-old artist described her daughter’s father as someone very special to her.
Seyi revealed that he is a Nigerian in the entertainment industry, explaining that they remain unmarried due to a “technical issue” but continue to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship.
“Her dad is Nigerian, from Nigeria. We’re really brilliant friends now, and we co-parent really well,” she said.
“We’re not married. It’s a technical issue, and since he’s not here, I don’t want to speak too much because I haven’t discussed it with him. He’s someone very special to me — my daughter’s father. He’s great, he’s cool, and he’s currently in the UK.
“He’s also involved in the music industry, on the corporate side, and we just work well together raising our child. We’re great friends.”
