She Tried To Kill Me Twice! Oluwo Reveals Ooni’s Role In Deadly Love Affair

The Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi, has leveled grave allegations against the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, accusing him of plotting with his former Canadian wife in an attempt to end his life.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
In a video shared on his Facebook page on Tuesday, Oba Akanbi claimed that the Ooni deliberately introduced him to his ex-wife as part of a calculated set-up to cover up secrets about Ooni’s emergence as the ruler of Ile-Ife.
The Oluwo explained that his frequent clashes with the Ooni stem from attempts to silence him. According to him, Ooni feared he might one day reveal the pivotal role he played in Ogunwusi’s ascension to the throne.
“People hear me talk about Ooni Adeyeye, but what you don’t know is this: I helped him become Ooni. To stop me from telling that story, he plotted my downfall. He packaged a woman from Canada, who became my wife, just to set me up,” Oba Akanbi alleged.
He went on to claim that the woman, whom he later married, worked with Ooni’s allies to secretly record him and allegedly poisoned him twice. “She lived with me for three years, had a child I now need a DNA test to confirm, and made two failed attempts to kill me,” the monarch said.
The Oluwo further alleged that after he discovered the plot and sent his wife away, she continued receiving support from the Ooni. “Ask him what she was doing with him in hotels. He rented an apartment for her and the child,” he alleged.
Oba Akanbi declared that he remains untouchable, insisting that even Yoruba deities like Sango and Ogun cannot harm him. “They are our forefathers, not criminals. They won’t kill their own children. Only Almighty God decides when a man’s time is up,” he said.
Rejecting the notion that Ooni could suspend him, the Oluwo insisted that as a paramount ruler, no other king holds the authority to remove him. “How can a paramount ruler suspend another? In Osun, our rankings may differ, but I remain the paramount ruler of Iwo land,” he maintained.
