Popular auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, widely known as IVD, has finally addressed the lingering controversy surrounding the tragic death of his wife, Bimbo.

In an emotional and detailed post, IVD claimed he went through immense hardship, saying, “I saw 99, but God didn’t let me see 100,” suggesting there was a deliberate plot to ruin his reputation.

According to him, bloggers were allegedly paid to smear his name, but he now has proof — including chat logs and receipts — to expose the alleged setup. He described the entire narrative as a calculated attempt to paint him as guilty.

IVD revealed that the traumatic experience led him to vow never to fall in love again, but someone new brought peace into his life. Expressing appreciation, he wrote: “Where I keep you, I will never ever drop you.”

Addressing the heartbreaking claims about Bimbo’s death, IVD alleged that she died by suicide and tried to take him with her. He maintained that he rushed her to multiple hospitals in the midst of the crisis, and said the facts are already public knowledge.

He wrote:
“My name is Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna. I live in Megamund Estate, Ikota, where there’s no fence. Neighbours witnessed what happened. You weren’t there, didn’t call, but you ran to blogs to say I klled someone.”*

In response to a comment accusing him of serial infidelity, IVD firmly denied the allegations:
