Shock In Kebbi! Governor’s Aide Suspended For Allegedly Using Snake To Intimidate Guests At Government House

The Kebbi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has suspended Kabir Sani-Giant, the Special Adviser to Governor Nasir Idris on Power and Politics, over alleged misconduct involving a snake-related incident at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi.

The suspension was confirmed in a statement on Sunday by the party’s State Secretary, Alhaji Sa’idu Muhammad-Kimba, who condemned the act as embarrassing and unacceptable.

“His actions were not only disturbing but also posed a significant security threat. It brought embarrassment to the party and risked tarnishing its reputation,” Muhammad-Kimba stated.

The APC leadership deemed the incident a serious violation of the party’s constitution, describing it as “offensive and inappropriate” for someone in such a high-ranking position.

As part of its disciplinary measures, the APC announced that Sani-Giant’s suspension will remain in effect pending further investigations. The party also issued a stern warning that any repeat offense could result in his outright expulsion.
