Solomon Buchi Challenges Pastor Tobi Adegboyega To Court, Says Sue Me

Social media commentator Solomon Buchi has challenged Pastor Tobi Adegboyega to take legal action against him over comments he made concerning the pastor and his church, insisting that he is prepared to defend himself in court.

Buchi made the challenge while reacting to recent remarks by Adegboyega, who said individuals with allegations against members of his church should report such matters to the police or seek redress through the courts.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Buchi responded in an online video, where he accused the pastor of attempting to intimidate critics by referencing possible legal action. He maintained that if Adegboyega believed his comments were defamatory, he should proceed with a lawsuit.

Buchi alleged that some individuals had suffered as a result of actions linked to Adegboyega and claimed that some of those affected were willing to come forward publicly to share their experiences.

The commentator further suggested that Adegboyega’s remarks about seeking legal redress were directed at him as a warning. However, Buchi said he was not intimidated by the possibility of facing the pastor in court.

“Let me teach you how to be cooked. We are in England, sue me,” Buchi wrote in a social media post accompanying the video.

He also said that a legal battle would provide an opportunity for both sides to present their respective positions before a court and allow the matter to be determined through due process.

Buchi maintained that he was ready to defend his statements if Adegboyega decided to institute proceedings against him. He also referred to what he described as previous legal disputes involving him, claiming that he had successfully taken legal action against individuals in the past.

The exchange has added a fresh dimension to the ongoing disagreement, with Buchi publicly challenging Adegboyega to pursue the matter through the courts if he believes there is sufficient legal basis to do so.
