Stop The Chameleon Game!” – Eze Blasts Bode George Over Atiku Drama
Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, a former National Publicity Secretary of the now-defunct New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP), has taken a swipe at elder statesman and PDP chieftain Bode George, accusing him of behaving like a political chameleon.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Eze criticized George for alleging that Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s 2023 presidential candidate, was serving two masters. He called on George to stop playing double roles and instead align with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to rescue Nigeria from what he described as the damage caused by President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
In a statement, Eze remarked:
“Atiku and others have chosen to collapse the PDP structure into a more viable alternative—the ADC—which appears to be a suitable platform for salvaging Nigeria from the depths into which Tinubu and his allies have plunged the country. I urge Chief Bode George and others to abandon their two-faced, chameleon-like approach and join the ADC in saving our nation from the crisis created by Tinubu and Wike.”
Eze emphasized that Atiku, a founding member and intellectual backbone of the PDP, had no intention of abandoning the party. Rather, he explained, Atiku and other party elders were integrating the PDP’s mainstream into a broader coalition—while still retaining their membership—in order to present a united front against the current government.
He further clarified that David Mark is the only prominent PDP member who has officially left the party, while others, including Atiku, remain active members despite their coalition efforts.
Eze concluded by asserting that Atiku’s move to align with the coalition was driven by national interest and the need to create a formidable force to challenge what he termed an “evil government.”
