Tacha Tells Women: Don’t Let Your Boyfriend Stop You From Meeting Your Future Husband Nigerians React

Reality TV star Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has encouraged women to consider themselves single until they are officially married.

She emphasized that being in a relationship should not prevent women from meeting potential life partners.

Tacha made these remarks during an interview on the Out of the Box podcast, where she discussed how men often make quicker decisions about marriage than women.

According to her, this difference means women should not limit themselves in relationships that may not lead to marriage. Remaining open-minded, she explained, increases the chance of finding true love rather than being confined by boyfriends who may not be fully committed.

She stated: “Every girl should be single until they are actually married. It doesn’t matter if you are in a relationship, whether it’s one, two, or three. Men can often meet a woman and decide within weeks that they want to get married, but for women, it doesn’t work that way.

“That is why it doesn’t make sense to tie yourself down and stop meeting other people just because you’re in a relationship. Many women miss out on real opportunities thinking, ‘I already have a boyfriend, so I can’t date someone else.’

“My point is simple: don’t let your boyfriend stop you from meeting your husband. Even if I were in a relationship, I would still say I am single until I am married.”
