Tears In Nollywood: Allwell Ademola’s Funeral Details Emerge
The family of Nollywood actress Allwell Ademola has announced the arrangements for her burial.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
The actress, who passed away following a brief illness, has left many colleagues in deep mourning.
In a statement shared on Instagram on Saturday by Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami, Ademola’s family revealed that a Service of Songs will hold on January 8, followed by a candlelight procession.
Her final burial will take place on January 9, 2026, at Atan Cemetery in Yaba, Lagos.
Rotimi Salami also noted that a customized T-shirt will be provided for attendees at the Service of Songs, while white attire has been requested for the burial itself. He wrote:
“THE BURIAL ARRANGEMENT FOR PRINCESS ALLWELL ADEMOLA
Note: On Thursday, a customized T-shirt will be provided at the venue.
For Friday’s burial, attendees are requested to wear a white shirt with jeans. Colour code is white. Thank you, everyone.”
Meanwhile, the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) recently shared insights into Allwell Ademola’s final moments, which shocked the movie industry.
According to the Guild of Directors under TAMPAN, the actress complained of difficulty breathing and was rushed to Ancilla Catholic Hospital in Agege, where she was placed on oxygen.
She was confirmed dead by doctors on December 27, 2025.
TAMPAN described Allwell as a devoted and hardworking member who was always active in both the Guild of Directors and the broader association.
