The Abuja meeting followed the APC South-South Zonal Congress held in Asaba, where Giadom was re-elected as the APC National Vice Chairman (South-South), strengthening his leadership position within the party. Samuel Nwanosike also emerged as the South-South Zonal Publicity Secretary.
