Former APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Timi Frank, has urged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to probe Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, and other governors who served during Muhammadu Buhari’s presidency. Frank commended the EFCC for investigating former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello and urged similar action against other ex-governors from Buhari’s era.
He stressed the importance of such probes to dispel any notion of witch hunts and ensure accountability. Frank emphasized the need for the EFCC to address reported cases of corruption among former officials and demonstrate fairness in its pursuit of justice.
