President Bola Tinubu emphasized the urgent need to address the profound impact of drug abuse during his keynote address at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on World Drug Day. Highlighting the theme “The Evidence is Clear: Invest in Prevention,” Tinubu underscored the importance of allocating resources to evidence-based preventive measures. He expressed concern over the devastating effects of illicit drugs on individuals, families, and communities globally, stressing that the socioeconomic and health repercussions strain healthcare systems and burden governments and societies across generations……….
