The scheduled visit to Owo, the residence of the late governor’s family, forms a key component of the President’s itinerary, emphasizing his intention to pay homage and convey heartfelt condolences in the wake of the recent loss.

In addition to meeting with the Akeredolu family, President Tinubu has planned a meeting with the Olowo of Owo Kingdom, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye. This interaction aims to strengthen traditional bonds, emphasizing the government’s commitment to supporting the community during this mourning period.
