President Bola Tinubu is expected to submit the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Fiscal Strategy Paper (FSP) to the National Assembly next week. In preparation for this crucial document, the Senate’s Finance Committee is already gearing up to engage with major stakeholders in the finance sector.
The MTEF, a legally required framework, forms the basis of Nigeria’s national budget, setting out economic forecasts and policy directions for the upcoming fiscal year.
