Speaking during the 37th Annual Akesan Festival in Iperu Remo, Ogun State, the vice president expressed delight in how Nigeria’s noble traditions continue to serve as poignant reminders of the origins and identities of its people.
In his address titled “Learning from the Past: Unity and Tradition in the Akesan Festival,” Shettima reiterated the administration’s commitment to prioritizing traditional leaders in managing the intricacies of diversity.
