Toni Tones Blasts Nigerians: ‘Colossally Stupid!’ – Defends Zicsaloma Amid Mom’s Health Struggles
Nollywood actress Toni Tones has come to the defense of popular Nigerian skitmaker Isaac Aloma, popularly known as Zicsaloma, following backlash from netizens regarding his mother’s health condition.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Zicsaloma had earlier taken to Instagram on Friday, April 18, 2025, to criticize the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) for what he described as unprofessional and inhumane treatment towards his mother, who is battling cancer.
In his post, he condemned Nigeria’s medical system, recounting how hospital security and a doctor reportedly denied his critically ill mother entry into LUTH. He explained that despite being redirected to a diagnostics centre and completing the required tests, his mother was still refused access to the facility.
Zicsaloma urged the government to urgently investigate LUTH’s operations, describing the ordeal as a reflection of the urgent need for reform in Nigeria’s healthcare system.
However, some Nigerians seized the opportunity to criticize the content creator, questioning why he had previously traveled abroad for cosmetic surgery but didn’t do the same for his mother’s treatment.
Reacting to the backlash, Toni Tones took to (formerly Twitter) to slam the critics, stating: “Everyone saying Zic flew to Turkey to get surgery but took his mum to LUTH for cancer, you’re all colossally stupid.”
