If President Tinubu, as the leader of the country, tells me to report to his office every Monday just to dust his table, and he believes that will help the party and the country move forward, I will gladly do it,” he said.

Al-Makura stressed that such a task would bring him satisfaction because it aligns with the President’s expectations and contributes to national and party development.

His remarks were in response to questions about whether he would accept the position of APC National Chairman, should he be offered the role following the resignation of Abdullahi Ganduje.

“As a committed party member and loyalist of President Tinubu, I’m ready to serve in any role for the advancement of our great party and the nation,” he added.

His comments come amid growing speculation that he is among the top contenders being considered for the APC’s national leadership seat.
