The collapse occurred around 8:00 a.m. on Oremeta Street and affected a structure that also housed the well-known EqualRight Restaurant, a popular destination for both locals and visitors in the area.
Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic, with the sudden collapse catching both occupants and bystanders completely off guard.
