Trump Under Fire: Fani-Kayode Accuses Ex-US President Of Sparking Israel-Iran War

You are a disaster,” he declared. “You’ve abandoned your mission and betrayed your calling. You are not a true believer—you are a fraud. No true believer would endorse mass murder, genocide, or the oppression of the vulnerable.”
Fani-Kayode sharply warned against any attempts by Trump to assassinate Iran’s Supreme Leader or to deploy U.S. forces to the country, describing such moves as dangerous provocations that could ignite a global war.
“Go ahead and kill the Supreme Leader of Iran, and send in your Marines if it pleases you. That will mark the beginning of the fall of the American empire,” he said.
Once an admirer of Trump, Fani-Kayode now says the former president has succumbed to vanity and unchecked ambition.
“All I see now is pride and an Icarus-like arrogance that will ultimately destroy you. Let Israel fight its own battles for once,” he added, urging Trump to listen to more rational voices within the conservative movement.
A vocal critic of Israel’s military operations in Gaza, Fani-Kayode accused the Israeli government of committing war crimes and ethnic cleansing while hiding behind the guise of national security. He condemned the rising civilian death toll and displacement of innocent people, urging Western powers to stop enabling what he described as “a brutal occupation.”
He also questioned Trump’s pattern of controversial comments and decisions:
“First, it was your shocking proposal to turn Gaza into an American Riviera. Then, your unfounded accusations against South African blacks and their president. And now this! You’ve lost all sense of reason.”
Fani-Kayode emphasized that a war with Iran would spark World War III, tear apart the MAGA movement, and shatter American unity.
“You’ve brought nothing but chaos—lies, shattered dreams, division, and destruction,” he said. “You’ve failed your promise of peace.”
In closing, he urged Trump to heed voices like Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones, Scott Ritter, Candace Owens, and Steve Bannon, warning:
“Do not fall for the trap of war with Iran. This time, let Israel fight its own battles.”
His remarks come amid intensifying military exchanges between Israel and Iran. After Israeli strikes hit key Iranian targets, Tehran retaliated with a barrage of missiles and drones, causing casualties across several Israeli cities.
Trump’s recent advocacy for “unrelenting pressure” on Iran has sparked widespread criticism, with many warning it could push the region—and the world—into a catastrophic conflict.
