“No, we don’t ‘collect’ funds arbitrarily. We publish the rules, guidelines, and account details for the process. Anyone who pays does so knowingly, aware of all applicable rules. But once the payment is made, these are respected party members, and if any concerns arise—like refunds—they can engage with the party to resolve them,” he stated.
