Daniel Bwala, a former aide to ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has expressed deep concern over reports that bandits have taken control of one of Nigeria’s largest military training grounds.

The facility, located at the Nagwamase Military Cantonment in Kontagora, Niger State, has reportedly forced the evacuation of at least 23 communities in the surrounding area.

Bwala emphasized that the Defence Ministers must take action, indicating a significant deficiency in the ministry’s capacity.
