Verydarkman Exposes And Recovers ₦78 Million After NGO Account Hack Scandal

This update follows his Instagram post days earlier, where he reported that the organization’s account had been hacked, and claimed that ₦180 million had been stolen.

The initial report of the alleged hack sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some questioning the authenticity of the incident. Critics raised doubts about the presence of such a large sum in the NGO’s account, while supporters called for patience as investigations continued.

On Sunday, Verydarkman shared an update on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the progress in recovering some of the stolen funds. He said, “Thanks to everyone who checked in on me. I also want to thank God for the progress so far: we’ve managed to recover ₦78 million, although the suspect mentioned that the person he was working with has fled to Ghana, so we might be heading there soon.”

Meanwhile, Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur Linus Williams, also known as BLord, has criticized Verydarkman over the alleged loss of charity funds. BLord, who has previously criticized Otse, demanded that he provide the ₦160 million donated to his charity by Nigerians to support the poor.
