The revelation was shared by his daughter, Kalanne Fubara, in a Facebook post on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
She wrote that her 88-year-old father jokingly explained that the haircut was part of his effort to keep his wife’s attention, adding that their long marriage is still filled with affection and playful humour. According to her, after 63 years together, her father continues to take his appearance seriously and remains devoted to maintaining their bond.
